Conditions of Participation

1. Approval

Participation in the competition takes place via the Aesparel online store. Aesparel employees and persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation.

2. Recognition

I have taken note of the data protection notice for participation in the competition. By participating in the competition, I accept the General Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry period

The competition runs from September 13, 2021 to September 30, 2021.

4. Participation

• Anyone who registers for our newsletter with a valid e-mail address is eligible to participate.
• The legal process is excluded.
• Each person may only enter the competition once.
• Participation via automated mass participation processes by third parties is not permitted.

5. Prize

The prize is an ELEIKO brand barbell.

6. Prize drawing

• If there are several participants, the draw will determine a winner.
• The winners will be informed via E-mail.
• Die Gewinnauslosung findet am 03.10.2021 statt.

7. Acceptance conditions

• A cash payment of the prize is not possible.
• The prize will be delivered free of charge.
