In three words: They fit perfectly! Athletic fit, super freedom of movement, and mega comfort. Thanks to our special denims, they are also particularly tear-resistant.
Our jeans are not legging jeans or jeggings, but real jeans. They contain little spandex and offer an authentic denim feel, combined with maximum comfort and a perfectly sporty fit. We put a lot of thought into the details of every product. This ensures that every pair of Aesparels is special. There is a lot to discover with each of our products, including details like special seams, embroidery, or interior prints.
We believe that each garment should be as unique as its wearer.
We distance ourselves from the trend of short-lived disposable products and cheap mass production.
Our pants should work for you for a long time and be produced under fair working conditions! Therefore, we place the highest demands on quality (fabric, details, processing) and social conditions in production. This begins with the choice of the fabric: We source the denim for our collection from the world's first denim weaving mill certified with the Nordic Swan and the EU Ecolabel for exceptional sustainability. Our Extra Tough Denim is extra durable due to a patented Cordura yarn and is over 3x more tear resistant than conventional denims. Our jeans are also finished with intricate details such as embroidery and prints as well as special rivets and stitching.
All our jeans and chinos are processed in a young and innovative factory in Turkey, which has been awarded the BSCI certificate for responsible business ethics and fair wages.
All of this helps make our jeans and other products unique, extra high quality, and durable. But it also means that they are significantly more expensive to produce than jeans from well-known brands. Our heart beats for sustainable and durable products, which is why we also gladly accept a lower profit margin than the big jeans manufacturers.
Because of this conviction, we also offer you an extended return policy as well as free shipping and exchanges, and are always happy to assist you personally with advice and support. We look forward to your feedback.
Our jeans are manufactured in selected workshops in the EU and Turkey. Good working conditions are more important to us than the cheapest possible mass-produced goods!
Our clothes must meet the highest standards. And by that we mean not only your and our own standards, but also those of the environment and all the people involved in the manufacturing process, from the production of the denim to delivery to your doorstep!

Our parcels are shipped by GLS 100% climate neutral, our cardboard boxes are mostly made of recycled material, and our logistics partner based in the Munich area only works with permanent employees with fair wages far above the minimum wage.
Within Germany, shipping takes a maximum of two business days. Within the EU, shipping takes maximum four business days, and outside the EU up to 14 business days for standard shipping and 5 business days for express shipping. Please keep in mind that for shipments outside EU countries, additional waiting times and costs may arise due to customs.
You can always use our size finder, at the top of every product page near the price, as a guide. As a rough guide, you can orient yourself this way:
Men: Always take two (in chinos, one) waist sizes smaller than you are used to from other brands.
Women: take the same size that you are used to from other brands.
It sounds strange at first, but in all other labels we usually buy our jeans two sizes too big, because the thighs are cut too tight. Thanks to our Athletic Fit you finally fit into the waist size that is actually made for you — enough space for your thighs included!

With our large amount of washes, sizes, and styles, it is unfortunately unavoidable that some sizes will sell out. To counter this, we would have to stock huge quantities and thus have huge remainders, which is neither ecologically nor economically sensible.
There can be different reasons for this:
1. Check if you bought a different fit. We offer our jeans in different fits (Athletic Fit, Athletic Slim Fit, Athletic Skinny Fit), which differ in shape.
2. Even with the same cut, it can happen that different washes will turn out slightly differently, because our jeans have a high cotton content and cotton as a natural product never behaves quite consistently in production.
Because we at AESPAREL are all athletes ourselves, we know how important freedom of movement is. We achieve this through very high quality and partly patented denim fabrics, special cuts, and tough testing for all our products!
Despite the high quality fabrics, it can not be completely avoided that dark washes will lose some of that color over time. Cotton is a natural material that can only hold a certain amount of color pigments permanently. Therefore, be sure to use color catching cloths when washing dark fabrics together with lighter colors!
No, you can wash the jeans as usual (40C program, turn inside out, use dye catcher cloth). We recommend not to dry your jeans in the dryer, as this will age the material and the seams faster.

Express shipping and returns are always free for the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, and Poland. For other countries, we always look for the cheapest, most reliable shipping option for you.

In other EU countries you pay a shipping fee of 15 EUR, outside the EU 15 EUR for standard shipping (conditionally trackable) and 30 EUR for express shipping with tracking.

Simply use our returns portal. Log in with your order number (format: 20xx-xxxx, e.g. 2020-1000) and your email address and follow the instructions.
Here you will also get your free return label (only in certain countries).

Please remember to include a copy of the invoice or delivery bill in the package.
If you can't find your order number, you can use your delivery bill number. Just replace the "AE" by "2020" or the year of your order (e.g. instead of "AE-1000" "2020-1000") and you have your order number.

The best way to check this is to use our Size Finder. You can always find it on the product page above "CALCULATE SIZE". Otherwise our tip for men:
Always take two (in chinos, one) waist sizes smaller than you are used to from other brands.
Women: Basically take the same size you are used to from other brands.

If you have problems with the code, please consider:
1. It may be valid only for a limited period of time.

3. It cannot be applied to an order you have already placed.

Each of our jeans models is unique and has different and sometimes elaborate details, such as prints, rivets, or special seams. The different washes and finishes also mean that some jeans require more elaborate production and are therefore more expensive than others. We decided to transparently reflect this in each sales price, instead of creating a standard price via mixed calculation. Thus, each customer has the choice and the possibility to choose a model that best suits their budget.
Our promise stands: Our jeans are particularly robust and last significantly longer than ordinary cotton jeans. Nevertheless, frequent wear can lead to so-called pilling, i.e. roughening of the fabric and the formation of small "lint nodules."
In our jeans, durable Cordura or other synthetic fibers form the sturdy core of the fabric (depending on the model). This fiber core is then spun with cotton, which is responsible for a balanced personal climate, moisture wicking, and the soft feel.
With intensive wearing andd friction in the groin area, this cotton layer becomes roughened over time, resulting in pilling.
But don't worry: because unlike normal jeans, (especially our "Extra Tough" models) their durability is not affected by this.
Should your jeans still tear at the groin in the first year of wear, contact us and we will find an accommodating solution for you!
By the way: Even if it is tempting, picking off the beads leads to further roughening and wearing of the fabric. It is better to carefully cut off the beads with the help of a disposable razor.
PAYMENT | REFUND | REMINDER
We will automatically refund all incoming returns after a brief receipt check.
We usually need 7-10 business days to process your return. Please refrain from inquiring about the status of your refund before 14 days after submitting your return so that we can fully focus on processing your return.
Refund of credit card payments:
If you paid by credit card, please note that the refund may not show up on your credit card bill until the end of the month.
Refund of Klarna payments (purchase on account/installment purchase):
If you paid by Klarna, please note that Klarna takes up to 7 days (in addition to our processing time) to process the refund.
If you have not yet paid your invoice, Klarna will send you an updated invoice within 24 hours after processing your return. You only have to pay for the items you keep.
If you have paid your invoice in full and returned your order to us within 28 days of receipt, you will receive a refund from Klarna for the returned items. Please note that Klarna requires up to 7 days after the completion of the return processing for the refund.

Klarna grants a 30-day period for payment of your invoice. In rare cases, due to various reasons (late return, return transport, processing time), your return deadline may overlap with Klarna's payment deadline and you may receive a payment reminder from Klarna. If you have purchased with Klarna Pay Later (purchase on account), please transfer the amount due directly to Klarna and NOT TO US . You will receive the Klarna account details by email after your purchase.
Of course, you still have in this case 100 days to send your return back to us. But please note that KLARNA's payment term is independent of our return policy. This means that if you want to keep your items beyond KLARNA's payment term, you must pay the stated invoice amount to avoid late/reminder fees. After you have returned the items, the amount will be credited back to you.
HOODIES & SHIRTS
For our Signature Series products (hoodies, t-shirts, and tank tops) we use an innovative production process. This allows us to print and ship the products individually after receiving the order.
This saves us and the environment valuable resources.
Therefore, we usually ship these items separately from our jeans and the delivery may take a few days longer.
