3 steps to your free return label:

1. Click HERE to open the returns portal.
   
   
2. Enter your e-mail address and your order number. Please make sure to enter your 8 or 9-digit order number
   WITHOUT A DASH (e.g. 20191001 instead of 2019-1001).
   NOTE: The order number corresponds to the delivery note number, only with the recent year instead of "AE" (e.g. AE-1001 => 2019-1001).
   
   
3. Enter the displayed security code, click on "continue" and download your return label as a PDF file for printing.
